Can I order outside of Australia?

We only ship to Australian postcodes and do not currently offer International Shipping.

Stock Availability

We regularly update our stock information and availability. If your order is unable to be shipped due to incorrect stock levels we will contact you to discuss a backorder, replacement or refund.

Delivery Address

Please nominate a physical address for all deliveries (Post Office boxes are not accepted). It is recommended that the delivery be signed for upon receipt. However, if you have any specific delivery instructions please enter these in the ‘delivery instructions’ section on the checkout page and our freight companies will endeavour to meet your requests.

Delivery Method

Orders are shipped by courier with an estimated delivery timeframe between 3-10 working days

Order Processing

Our aim is to have all orders processed and despatched within 48hours of full payment being received. You will receive 2 confirmation emails (1. order being received and 2. credit card payment confirmation). At this time your order will be picked/packed/invoiced and despatched. If, for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will be in touch with you immediately. If you do not receive your confirmation emails contact us here (please check in your ‘junk’ email folder first!)

How do I receive my tax invoice?

After your order has been processed a tax invoice will be issued and attached with your order. Should you require another copy of your tax invoice, please contact us.


If, for any reason you are unhappy with your product don’t worry your rights are covered by Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 30 days to review your concerns so we can arrange a mutually suitable repair, replacement or refund.

2 Year Limited Warranty

All Justick products have been manufactured to precise standards, with rigid quality control through every process of manufacturing, and are warranted by Justick against defective workmanship or materials for two full years from the date of purchase. Justick’s authorised dealers will, at its option, either repair or replace free of charge product which is returned either in person or by prepaid postage with insurance to the location from which it was purchased. The product must be accompanied by some proof of date of purchase, such as the original sales receipt. Repair, replacement or refunds of the purchase price are the sole remedies under the warranty. This warranty does not cover batteries or equipment not manufactured by Justick. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse (including, but not limited to, chemicals, sand, dirt, water, liquid, impact, battery corrosion, etc.), failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions, unauthorised service, use with incompatible accessories or attachments or if the product has been modified.

Price & Payment

Prices shown on our site include GST but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due where necessary.

Discount Codes

From time to time Justick Australia may advertise Promotion Codes. Once accurately entered into the Shopping Cart the Promotion Code will be applied to your order (usually a percentage or dollar amount discount). Note that Promotion Code discount or dollar amount offers will not impact any freight charges.
